ABOUT ME

Briana Kennedy - Life + Business Coach Tasmania Australia, wearing glasses and a name tag, looking down

Hello!

I'm Briana Kennedy, a creative soul, artist, and business owner with a passion for both the intricate details and the big picture. I hail from the breathtaking land of Lutruwita (Tasmania).

Marniie is my childhood nickname given to me by my aunt and uncle.
— I also respond to; B, Bree, Narna, Oigle, Breezy, Bazza and Noo. ( My family has a thing for nicknames)

Over Seven Years Ago I took a leap of faith and started my own handmade jewelry business. It was a labor of love, born from a desire to create something beautiful with my hands. What started as a side project quickly grew into my full-time gig, and I poured my heart and soul into every piece I crafted.

But, as fulfilling as it was,

I couldn’t shake the feeling that life and business wasn’t supposed to
be so darn HARD.

Then, at the age of 34, I discovered the missing piece of the puzzle: I found out that I’m Autistic. It was a revelation that turned my world upside down, but in the best possible way.

Suddenly, everything in my life began to make sense—the way I think, the way I feel, the way I see the world. I had always been a bit of a wallflower, shy and introverted, but with this newfound knowledge, I realized that these qualities were part of what made me, me.

Now armed with this knowledge,
I felt a nudge… okay, more like a neon flashing sign—to make a difference.

My neurodivergent brain is like a supercomputer for pattern recognition and problem-solving. While I’m over here connecting dots like a pro, I’ve realized that what feels second nature to me can feel like a Rubik’s cube to others. That’s where I come in—to help you decode life’s puzzles, figure out what’s holding you back, and light the path forward (hopefully with sparkles, because who doesn’t love sparkles?).

For two years, I co-directed the Tassie Makers Market, living the chaotic, creative dream of supporting artisans and entrepreneurs, and
while I adored the buzz of it all, my heart started whispering (okay, yelling) for something deeper. So, I took a leap, slowed down, and trained as a life coach with the Beautiful You Coaching Academy.
Now I get to blend my love for creativity and connection into helping you live a life that’s true to you.

So, here we are! Whether you’re growing a business, rediscovering your creativity, or figuring out what makes your heart sing, or just working out where to start, I’m here for the ride. Let’s tackle your goals, embrace your quirks, and build something beautiful—together.

Thanks for trusting me to be part of your story.
Let’s make some magic!

Justice and Equality

I believe in the power of justice and equality
to create a thriving, inclusive world. I am committed to fostering a coaching environment that respects and celebrates diversity in all its forms. My mission is to empower individuals from all backgrounds to achieve their fullest potential, free from discrimination and bias.

I stand firmly against racism, sexism, homophobia, ableism, and all forms of prejudice. I actively work to create a safe, supportive space where everyone feels valued and heard. My coaching practices are rooted in fairness, empathy, and respect, ensuring that each client's unique experiences and perspectives are honoured.

I recognize that pricing can sometimes create a sense of unspoken authority and exclusivity, which may affect the accessibility of my services. It's important to me that coaching is available to everyone, regardless of their financial situation. To address this, I offer flexible pricing options and pro bono coaching where I can to ensure that financial barriers do not prevent anyone from accessing the support they need for personal growth and fulfilment. I am happy to work on a sliding scale if appropriate or an exchange of equal value.
If you would like to reach out because you want to discuss these options further, please contact me at briana@marniie.com.au

I am dedicated to continuous learning and growth, both personally and professionally. I strive to understand the systemic challenges my clients may face and work collaboratively to overcome them. By promoting equality and justice, I aim to contribute to a more just and equitable society.

Join me in this commitment to justice and equality, and together, let's build a brighter, more inclusive future.
